The tumblr API is really fucking lacking compared to the web interface. It pisses me off that people keep asking for features that the web version has that I cannot possibly implement because the API is so limited. Fuck everything about this. One of the things twitter got so right with the new interface is that it uses only the twitter api (at least, as far as I can tell) to do everything. Decent...
